THE OVEN AT AKARYN SAMUI At AKARYN guests have the freedom to choose from over 80 gourmet pizzas cooked in the island's only hand-made, wood-fired, beachfront pizza oven and featuring the cream of genuine Italian cheeses and cold cuts. Pizzas are freshly made by hand with the verve and acrobatic skill by Venice native Chef Andrea Brunello, who built his oven by hand, brick by brick, on the beachfront at Hanuman Bay.
