• The lower rate on another website must be for the Aleenta Hotel, for the same date(s), for the same room type, for the same number of guests, in the same currency and must be publicly available for booking via the Internet instantly. Should a rate be available through a Operator Website but not bookable immediately with instant confirmation this rate is not classified as a lower rate

• Fill out and submit the online claim form to our Customer Service department.

• Submit the online claim form to our reservations team within one business day of booking and at least two business days prior to arriving at the hotel.
• A Reservations Agent should respond via email within one business day. If your online claim form is sent outside of normal business hours, it will be processed the next business day. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 09:30 am – 17:00 pm Thailand time.

• Bookings must be made via www.akaryn.com or through our central reservations at rsvn@akaryn.com
• The guest must have an akyra chura reservation system confirmation number.
• A Reservations Agent must be able to verify the lower Internet rate* for the applicable date(s).
